This company film pairs a leadership interview with footage of the people and processes behind Inrad Optics' optical components. It gives viewers an introduction to a specialized manufacturing business through both conversation and a closer look at the work.
Interview footage provides context, while scenes of the facility, equipment, and team bring the manufacturing process into view. Together, they show the expertise behind the components and give a technical subject a human perspective.
